A short report about the “Robot-Stories” workshop in Zürich, Switzerland. Under the supervision of the f18 institute, an entire roomful of kids ages 14 to 18 spent five days building autonomous robots and other scary electromechanical devices. We interview Stefan Doepner of f18 to find out what this particular workshop was all about and what f18’s goals are in hosting such workshops in the first place.
